#### Welcome to the Springer Lab!

**We study the molecular and mechanical basis of cell adhesion and signaling, focusing on how integrins and related receptors orchestrate immune, developmental, and disease processes. Using single-molecule tools and organoid systems, we uncover how nanoscale conformational changes and force transmission shape multicellular organization and disease pathogenesis.**
