New Cell Systems publication highlights IPI-led antibody discovery platform
A new publication in Cell Systems, co-authored by Timothy A. Springer, describes a high-throughput, machine learning-aided framework for discovering synthetic recombinant antibodies against cell-surface antigens.
Led by researchers at the Institute for Protein Innovation and Harvard Medical School, the work demonstrates how deep sequencing and machine-learning analysis can help identify antibody candidates that may be missed through traditional screening alone.
